3. Initial request and follow-up
The website form is an initial financing request. Submission does not create a loan agreement, guarantee review by any particular lender, guarantee an offer or approval, or obligate you to accept financing. We may request clarification or additional information before discussing available options.
Submitting this form does not run a credit check or authorize a credit inquiry. A lender may require separate authorizations, documents, and disclosures later in its process.
4. Permission to use request information
By submitting the application and its authorization, you permit Big Time Finance to review the information, contact you by email about the request, and share relevant details with lending partners to evaluate financing options. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without appropriate authority. Do not put Social Security numbers, banking credentials, bank account numbers, or identification documents in the initial form or an ordinary email.
5. Financing terms, fees, and timing
Big Time Finance does not charge an application or broker submission fee. A lender’s financing may involve interest, lender fees, down payments, taxes, insurance, or other costs. Eligibility, rates, financing amounts, terms, and funding timelines depend on the lender and transaction.
Any example or general information on this website is informational and is not a binding financing offer. Review all written terms and disclosures before accepting an offer. The lender’s executed agreement and applicable disclosures govern the financing transaction.
6. No professional advice
Website information is general business information, not individualized legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consider your business needs and consult your own advisors when appropriate before entering a financing agreement.
7. Acceptable website use
Do not submit false requests, impersonate another person or business, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict access or decline to process requests involving misuse.

Our name, logo, and original website content belong to Big Time Finance or their respective owners. Third-party photographs and other materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.
