When you submit a financing request, we collect the information you enter, including your name, email address, role, business name, industry, business address, business structure, time in business, estimated annual revenue range, and equipment and purchase details. We also collect your estimated credit range, title status, intended equipment use, and bank statement availability. Optional information may include a direct phone number, estimated monthly cash flow, mileage or hours, ownership percentage, preferred financing term, purchase timing, a seller, equipment year, make and model, number of units, planned down payment, and notes. We also receive information you send in correspondence with us.
The initial request does not ask for a Social Security number, banking credentials, bank account number, or document uploads. Do not include these details or identification documents in the form or an ordinary email.
2. Website and technical information
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect these services, such as IP addresses, browser details, access times, and server logs. The application uses an essential session cookie and submission controls to help limit repeated or abusive requests. After a successful submission, your browser temporarily stores a request reference and timestamp for the confirmation page. Application answers are not stored in browser storage. The website also loads fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address and browser request information when those fonts load.
3. How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, review commercial financing needs, identify potentially suitable lending partners, communicate about a request, maintain business records, and operate and protect the website. Sending an initial request does not initiate or authorize a credit inquiry.

Big Time Finance does not sell application information to unrelated third parties. A lender that receives information may handle it under its own privacy notice and procedures. Review the lender’s disclosures before providing additional information or accepting financing.
5. Delivery and security
The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit between your browser and the site. Submitted requests are sent to our business email system for review. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending sensitive records until the appropriate delivery method has been arranged.
6. Retention
Information may remain in request correspondence, business records, hosting logs, and service-provider backups. Retention depends on the purpose of the request, transaction status, recordkeeping needs, and applicable legal obligations.
